The Olympic Peninsula has trail and wilderness horseback riding options. There are a few trails in town and a number of trail opportunities in the surrounding public lands. The Larry Scott Trail allows a 7 mile ride into the Boat Haven. Use the links below to get current information.

Olympic National Park - Stock use information. 365 miles of trail in Olympic National Park are maintained for stock use.

Olympic National Forest - Horseback riding trails.

Larry Scott Memorial Trail - The trail has now been completedfrom the Boat Haven to Milo Curry Rd at Discovery Bay near Highway 20. This is the beginning of the Olympic Discovery Trail which when completed, will stretch from Port Townsend to Neah Bay! It is maintained by Jefferson Trails Coalition Adopt-A-Trail volunteers.
